We live to make our customers happy. And if you’re not happy with an item, you can return it for a refund within 30 days as per the policy below.
Upon receipt of your return it can take up to 7 days for it to be inspected and processed. Once refunded it may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your credit company.
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us at 888.986.6438 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Our hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST Monday to Friday, but you can also leave a message and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
Although we don’t offer exchanges, if your purchase was made using a discount code, or if you purchased at a special promotional price, we will honor an exchange request. Just write a note on your return form stating that you would like us to exchange your item, and please indicate the size and color. Once we receive your return and it is processed, we will ship you your exchange request. Otherwise, we ask that you return your item and place a new order on line. Please note: Upon receipt of your return it can take up to 7 days for it to be inspected and processed and your exchange request shipped out.
