ORDERS

How can I check the status of an order?
We’ll keep you up to date on your orders by sending you a confirmation email and another email when your order ships with tracking information. You can also sign in to your account to see the status of your order anytime.
What if an item is on back order?
If an item is on back order, we’ll contact you to let you know when it will be back in stock. You won’t be charged for the item until the item ships.
How can I update or cancel an order?
If you’d like to change or cancel an order, please contact our customer care team at 888.986.6438 or email customercare@yummielife.com. Please note that if an order has already been sent to the warehouse, we will not be able to change or cancel it. Additionally, once it has shipped, the order cannot be changed or canceled. However, you can always return items you don’t want to keep.. Learn more about returns.

SHIPPING

What are my shipping options?
Shipping in the contiguous US is FREE for all orders over $40.00, sent via FedEx SmartPost and takes 5-10 business days. If you can’t wait to get your Yummie on, you have several speedier options – select Preferred Shipping for 4-7 business day delivery via FedEx Ground ($10 for orders under $40 or $3.50 for orders over $40) or choose 2-day FedEx shipping for $15.00 or Overnight FedEx for $30.00.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes, we can ship directly from our US warehouse to a Canadian residence. Orders usually arrive within 3 to 5 business days. Delivery to Canada costs a flat rate of $30 (free standard delivery does not apply). You’ll also be responsible for any duty, taxes, and ROD processing fees on your items, which are determined by your national and governmental laws

RETURNS

How do I return an item?
If you’re not absolutely in love with your Yummie purchase, we’ll be happy to refund your money. Just fill out the Return Form enclosed in the package and ship it back to us within 30 days of your invoice date. (Can’t find your form? Download one here.)

Some important details:

  • Any returned items must be unworn and in the condition you received them with tags attached.
  • You’re responsible for shipping charges. (Please note we can’t accept C.O.D packages.)
  • Protect yourself from lost package issues by using an insured and trackable shipping method. Remember to record your tracking number.
  • We can’t accept returns on final sale merchandise. Final sale items are clearly marked.
  • We also can’t accept returns purchased from other retailers besides yummielife.com.

Please keep in mind that you’re responsible for return shipping charges. Also, protect yourself by using an insured and trackable delivery method.
When will I be refunded for my return?
It usually takes 7 to 10 business days for us to receive your return. Once we have it, we’ll look it over and process it. It typically takes 72 hours to apply the refund to your credit card account, but it can take an added 2 to 10 business days to post to your account.
How do I know when my return is processed?
We’ll email you once your return has been processed..
Can I exchange an item?
Although we don’t offer exchanges, if your purchase was made using a discount code, or if you purchased at a special promotional price, we will honor an exchange request. Just write a note on your return form stating that you would like us to exchange your item, and please indicate the size and color. Once we receive your return and it is processed, we will ship you your exchange request. Otherwise, we ask that you return your item and place a new order on line. Please note: Upon receipt of your return it can take up to 7 days for it to be inspected and processed and your exchange request shipped out.
What if an item was defective or damaged in shipping?
Please contact us at 888.986.6438 or customercare@yummielife.com. Our hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST Monday to Friday, but you can also leave a message and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. You can also use a Yummie Gift Card or PayPal® to order from us. Please note that we don’t accept money orders, personal checks, COD, or credit cards issued by or with billing addresses outside of the US, Canada, or Japan.  We also do not accept pre-paid bank/credit cards, sometimes known as bank giftcards.
How does PayPal® work?
PayPal is a secure way to send payments over the Internet. You’ll need a PayPal account to use this payment method. Learn more at the PayPal website.

Can I purchase a gift card?
Yes, our gift cards make perfect presents and you can purchase them easily online. You pick the amount from $20 to $500, and your recipient can pick our exactly what she wants. Get a gift card now.
How do gift cards work?
Our gift cards are issued online, which makes them extra safe and secure. They’re sent, stored, and accounted for electronically, so gift card holders don’t have to worry about losing them. Gift cards are activated immediately upon credit approval, and only redeemable at YummieLife.com for items shipped in the US and Canada.
How do I use a gift card?
Enter your gift card information during checkout, and it will automatically be applied to your order.
How can I check the status/balance of a gift card?
Sign in to your account and click Gift Cards to see the status and balance of your gift card.
